Nemco Food Equipment LTD in Ohio is seeking a machine operator for a 3rd shift in a production environment. You will deburr parts using hand and power tools after initial training, and work to meet productivity and quality targets.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting up metal finishing machinery, handling air tools, performing break-out from laser cut parts, and keeping work area clean and organized. Prior production experience preferred.

Formación

• Ability to set up and operate metal finishing machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and to follow specific written instructions and procedures.
• Ability to keep workspace clean and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Deburring of parts using hand tools and power tools.
• Acid cleaning of specific parts.
• Handling of air tools and lubrication.
• Identifying need for, and changing dull tools.
• Perform break out operations from the laser cutter, separating the pieces cut from the steel blanks.
• Other responsibilities outlined by your shift leader.
