Job summary

Nemco Food Equipment, LTD. is seeking a machine operator to work in a production setting with an experienced staff. You will deburr parts, clean specific components, and manage tool changes after training.

Qualifications

Ability to read blueprints and follow specific written instructions and procedures.
Ability to set up and operate metal finishing machinery.
Ability to keep workspace clean and organized.
Experience as a machine operator in a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Deburring of parts using hand tools such as sanders and power tools such as pedestal belt sanders, Dynafile, bench grinders and automated deburring machines.
Acid cleaning of specific parts.
Handling of air tools and lubrication.
Identifying need for, and changing dull tools.
Perform break out operations from the laser cutter, separating the pieces cut from the steel blanks.
