Job summary

CMI Group is seeking a Hand Finisher/Deburr to join our defense & aerospace manufacturing team in Phoenix, AZ. You will deburr and hand finish parts according to sketches and blueprints, ensuring conformance to specifications in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires reading blueprints, communicating effectively, and following instructions. A blue-collar environment with PPE, overtime, and opportunities in a steady aerospace company is offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in deburring/hand finishing per sketches and blueprints.
• Experience with micro blaster is a plus.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and follow instructions.

Responsibilities
