Qualifications

• Five+ years handling REIT loan financing domestically and internationally.
• Experience with private equity sponsors, strategics, and credit funds in acquisition financing and asset-based lending.
• Three+ years representing sovereign debtors in bank/acquisition financings and debt-for-nature deals; issuers in preferred equity.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-office teams and coordinate representation in debt financing transactions.
• Represent a range of borrowers and lenders in domestic and international debt financings.
• Represent REITs, private equity sponsors, strategics, and credit funds in loan financing and asset-based lending.
• Represent sovereign debtors in bank financings and debt-for-nature transactions; issuers in preferred equity financing structures.
