• 8+ years of experience in corporate syndicated and direct lending transactions.
• Experience with REITs, private equity sponsors, credit funds, and sovereign debtors.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-office teams on domestic and international debt financing transactions.
• Represent public/private corporations, banks, PE sponsors and lenders across sectors.
• Coordinate acquisition financing, asset-based lending and restructurings as needed.
