The role focuses on solving legal issues for entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and established companies, with a significant emphasis on technology, life sciences and other high-growth sectors.

Qualifications

• No prior debt finance experience required.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
