Cooley LLP’s Debt Finance practice group is recruiting 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry level class in our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Washington, DC offices. We are recruiting 2027 JD graduates for this position.

Salary is $225,000, with a robust elective benefits package and firm-paid coverages. Qualified candidates will have high academic achievement from a top law school, plus experience in a corporate or professional setting.
