Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, a leading global law firm, seeks a junior to mid-level Associate for its Corporate Finance Practice in Boston. The role focuses on debt finance transactions, lender/borrower representations, and complex credit facilities.

2–6 years’ experience and MA Bar admission preferred. The position offers strong compensation and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities to work on diverse deals across the country and with GT's global platform.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in corporate or finance law.
• Experience in syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit facilities.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and revising credit agreements and related closing deliverables.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise credit agreements and related closing deliverables.
• Advise on lender and/or borrower representations and related negotiations.
• Support deal management and client interaction across matters.
• Collaborate with Greenberg Traurig attorneys across our global platform.
