Qualifications

• At least four years of debt finance experience.
• Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commitment letters and term sheets; primary loan and security documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and issue-spotting; prepare issues lists and grids.
• Lead deal teams and manage closing and post-closing matters; client communications.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and training.
• Present at seminars and contribute to client development initiatives.
