Ideal candidates will have experience with issuers of convertible, high-yield, or investment-grade bonds, and/or with borrowers entering into broadly syndicated, club, and bilateral corporate credit facilities (including acquisition financings, ABLs, and venture debt).

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in commercial finance and/or debt capital markets.
• Experience with issuers of convertible, high-yield, or investment-grade bonds, and/or with borrowers entering broadly syndicated, club, and bilateral corporate credit facilities (including acquisition financings, ABLs, and venture debt).
• Strong academic credentials and transactional experience are required; admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is expected.
