Qualifications

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance.
• 4–8 years of tax experience in transactional federal tax.
• Excellent communication skills and strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Support technology and life sciences clients across growth stages in a national transactional tax practice.
• Assist clients with equity financings, technology transfers, licensing and collaboration agreements, and domestic and international tax planning.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment with strong written and verbal communication.
