Crux is a capital platform accelerating clean energy and infrastructure investments in North America. The Associate, Debt Capital Markets, will join the Structuring team, assisting in financing across debt, tax equity, and advisory services for sponsors, developers, and investors.

This hands-on role requires financial modeling, exposure to renewables, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment with client interaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA/MS a plus.

• Support transaction structuring execution across debt mandates, including modeling, diligence coordination, and documentation.
