The Cobb Poultry Plant in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a 3rd shift processing technician to debone and process broilers for data collection and R&D projects.

You will perform live hang, evisceration or deboning as needed, follow SOPs, and contribute to data accuracy while working evenings, nights, and weekends with a starting wage of $18 per hour plus shift differentials. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.
• Must be willing to perform the physical requirements of the job (lifting 10-30 lbs, standing for long periods).
• Must abide by the Company Animal Welfare Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Comply with SOPs to safely process and debone birds.
• Ensure accurate data collection through all processes.
• May be assigned to live hang, evisceration, or deboning, or swap among these positions in a day.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
