Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking entry-level General Labor on the Debone Operations line. You will complete an 8-week qualification period while learning multiple debone-line functions. Team members must maintain safety and comply with Tyson policies and food safety requirements.

Position requires ability to stand, lift, and work in a production environment, with overtime and weekend work possible. Transfers after training depend on vacancies and plant needs.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, non-skilled production positions learning an 8-week qualification period.
• Must maintain safety, food safety, and Tyson policies during training.
• Able to perform multiple debone-line functions and cross-train as needed.

Responsibilities

• Machine feeder: load product onto conveyors and monitor operation.
• Wing cutter: remove wings per quality standards and route acceptable product.
• Breast trimmer: trim boneless breast fillets and remove defects.
• Breast puller: remove breast meat from frames and inspect for bones.
• Shoulder cutter: cut front halves at the shoulder joint and ensure clean bones.
• Utility labor: maintain flow, support production positions as needed.
• Tender scorer/puller: separate tenderloins and ensure quality standards.
• Cone stabber: place halves onto debone cones and avoid misplacements.
• Backup labor: cross-train and perform all positions on the debone line.
