• Master’s degree in an accredited discipline related to the department.
• Post-secondary teaching experience in the department’s discipline.
• Three years of leadership experience in a college or university setting.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold strong academic standards for instructional programs.
• Lead department in strategic planning and program development.
• Recruit, supervise and evaluate faculty and staff; oversee workload and development.
• Ensure accreditation compliance and participate in program reviews.
• Manage budgets and grant opportunities; coordinate safety and facilities.
