Job summary

Manchester University invites applications for the Dean of the School of Pharmacy at the Fort Wayne campus. Lead the School across its Doctor of Pharmacy, Pharmacogenomics, and Nutrition programs with vision and accountability.

You will shape academic offerings, partnerships with healthcare systems, and enrollment strategies while fostering faculty development and collaboration. This is a full-time, 12-month leadership role based in Fort Wayne.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in pharmacy.
• Significant accreditation and curriculum oversight experience.
• Familiarity with HLC, ACPE, and/or ACEND accreditation standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and budget management abilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the School and align goals with University priorities.
• Lead chairs, program directors, faculty, and staff in curriculum development, assessment, accreditation, and improvement.
• Oversee operations, budget planning, personnel decisions, policy development, and resource allocation.
• Promote enrollment growth and fiscal stewardship across programs.
• Champion faculty advocacy, professional development, mentoring, and research collaboration.
• Represent the School in governance, external settings, and partnerships with stakeholders.
