Qualifications

• Terminal degree in pharmacy.
• Significant accreditation, curriculum oversight, and program development experience.
• Familiarity with HLC, ACPE, and/or ACEND accreditation standards.
• Proven academic or administrative leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational, supervisory, and budgetary skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the School and align its goals with University priorities.
• Lead chairs, program directors, faculty, and staff in curriculum development and accreditation efforts.
• Oversee school operations, budgeting, policy development, and resource allocation.
• Promote sustainable enrollment growth and fiscal stewardship.
• Represent the School in governance and external academic, regulatory, and professional settings.
