Zane State College seeks a Dean of Technical Studies to lead engineering technologies, information technologies, business, and related programs. The role reports to the Vice President of Academics and drives student success, equity, and data-informed decisions.

Salary range starts at $99,000 and goes to $115,500 annually, with potential to $190,000 within the pay band. This position requires a Master’s degree and higher education leadership experience in a college setting.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a Technical Studies discipline, Higher Education Administration, or Educational Leadership.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible higher education leadership.
• Proven budget management, staff supervision, and commitment to inclusive excellence.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a multi-year divisional strategic plan aligned with workforce needs.
• Oversee instructional quality, curriculum design, and course delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff; oversee program reviews and scheduling.
• Develop annual operating budgets and conduct resource forecasting.
• Pursue partnerships with K-12 districts, industry, and four-year institutions.
• Champion Respect, Responsiveness, and Responsibility within the division.
