Qualifications

• Five years teaching experience in any grade level.
• Verbal & Written communication skills in English and ability to read/understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with District staff, parents and students to identify high risk students for preventive services.
• May visit students and parents in home to determine causes for absenteeism, academic or behavior issues.
• Monitors students through school to assess impact of prevention activities.
