Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Leadership is preferred or required.
• Teaching certification and background check are required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in education leadership or teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security, safety, and well-being of students and staff.
• Assist principal with policy implementation and school oversight.
• Develop elective courses and afterschool programs and parent involvement networks.
• Observe and evaluate instruction with leadership team and provide coaching.
• Maintain accurate grade books and progress reports.
