Qualifications

• Considerable knowledge of effective teaching strategies and discipline procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring student behavior in classes, buses, and events.
• Implements the district discipline plan to provide a safe environment.
• Confers with teachers and parents to resolve behavior and attendance issues.
• Provides supervision of students after school hours.
• Leads development of an effective plan to reduce discipline referrals.
• Assists principal in other areas as needed.
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and learning.
• Assesses student learning and adjusts instruction to needs.
