Creative Inspiration Journey School is seeking a School Operations Manager to serve as the operational anchor of the campus. You will ensure efficient, compliant, and well-functioning operations so instructional leaders can focus on teaching and learning.

You will handle enrollment, attendance strategies, facilities, safety, and family-facing services with a structured, customer-service oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, school administration, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not always required.
• Strong organizational and systems-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational logistics for the school site, including arrival, dismissal, lunch, and transitions.
• Manage vendor relationships and front-office operations to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Oversee enrollment, attendance targets, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain campus safety, facilities, and crisis-response readiness.
• Represent operations with families and ensure clear enrollment communication.
