Job summary

Ednovate, Inc. is seeking a Dean of Operations in Compton, CA to lead operational excellence at the school site, ensuring safety, efficiency, full enrollment and financial health while aligning resources with educational priorities to enable the highest level of learning.

You will supervise the operations team, collaborate with the leadership team, staff, parents and the network support team, and develop systems that maximize instructional time and create a safe, joyful learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4 years of experience in school operations preferred.
• People management experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school operations team to ensure safety, efficiency, and financial health.
• Supervise an Operations Coordinator and Operations Assistant, building capacity.
• Model high-quality customer service and Ednovate values in all interactions.
• Manage external vendors including custodial and nutrition teams.
• Achieve operational goals for attendance, records, meals, cleanliness, safety and technology.
• Create systems that maximize instructional time and a safe, joyful learning environment.
• Analyze operational data and implement cost-effective improvements.
• Oversee all school events within budget and adhere to financial procedures.
• Ensure accurate data in the Student Information System.
• Collaborate with staff and network to share best practices and drive growth.
