Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience implementing restorative practices preferred.
• Experience in urban public schools or charter schools preferred.
• Experience working with high school students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage school culture initiatives across the high school.
• Coach teachers on behavior and classroom culture to support student learning.
• Track behavior data and ensure compliance with codes of conduct.
• Collaborate with families and stakeholders to sustain positive school climate.
• Provide professional development to staff on culture and restorative practices.
