Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field from a regionally accredited institution; consideration for current Master's enrollees with a confirmed completion date.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible administrative or leadership experience in postsecondary education, community college, or technical education.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Perkins Act and CTE accountability frameworks; ability to develop and assess CTE curriculum and programs.
• Experience in budget development, fiscal management, and resource allocation; strong partnerships with employers and community organizations.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to present to diverse stakeholders; commitment to student access and success.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day administration for all programs within the School of Career & Technical Education, including technical and industrial programs and embedded academic programming across divisions.
• Oversee curriculum development, program review, and continuous improvement aligned with LC State policies and NWCCU accreditation.
• Supervise assessment of student learning outcomes; develop improvement plans based on data.
• Ensure currency of articulation agreements with regional partners; manage technical advisory committees.
• Collaborate with NC3 and national partners to advance industry-recognized certifications in CTE coursework.
