Job summary

Palmer College of Chiropractic seeks a Dean of Academic Affairs for the Florida Campus to lead all academic programs, oversee faculty performance, and integrate curriculum across classroom and clinic education.

The role drives strategic planning, budgeting, and quality improvement through collaboration with CTL, Assessment, Libraries, and Student Affairs, while representing the College at national forums.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a climate aligned with the mission and values of Palmer College.
• Leads strategic planning and implements Academic Affairs initiatives.
• Oversees budgeting for Academic Affairs and coordinates CTL budgeting.
• Ensures compliance with college policies and regulations at all levels.
• Collaborates with Assessment, Libraries, CTL, and Student Affairs.
• Promotes faculty scholarship, development, and performance.
• Represents the College locally and nationally to build relationships.
