Qualifications

• Terminal degree in nursing or health professions.
• 5+ years administrative/leadership at department chair level or equivalent.
• 5+ years supervising leadership including recruiting, development, mentoring, evaluation, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for academic, administrative, financial, and operational functions.
• Oversee the School's budget, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead development, implementation, and assessment of the schools strategic plan.
• Develop external partnerships and advance fundraising and donor engagement.
