Job summary

University of Central Arkansas (UCA) invites applications and nominations for Dean of the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences (CHBS). The Dean will advance a strategic vision aligned with UCA 2035, grow enrollment and student success, and lead in building academic and clinical capacity.

Reporting to the Provost, the Dean will oversee clinical operations, expand external partnerships, strengthen research and external funding, and lead through collaborative, transparent governance.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in a discipline in or closely related to the College with a record meriting appointment as tenured full professor.
• Preferred qualifications include budget and resource management, fundraising, clinical operations and accreditation experience, and an entrepreneurial approach to enrollment and program growth.
