The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona seeks a visionary Dean and Chief Academic Officer to lead all academic, accreditation, faculty, and clinical education functions.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the Dean/CAO will shape curriculum design, student support, and program expansion while aligning with AO A-COCA qualifications and maintaining a commitment to ethics and excellence.

Qualificações

• DO degree from a COCA-accredited college.
• Unrestricted medical license at some time in career.
• AOA and/or ABMS board certification at some time in career.
• 5+ years of proven academic leadership experience with budget management authority.
• Full‑time commitment to The Valley COM.
• Strong executive leadership and management skills; experience as COM Dean or senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for all academic, accreditation, faculty, student affairs, and clinical education functions of the College.
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for osteopathic medical education.
• Lead accreditation milestones, program implementation, faculty recruitment, and clinical partnerships.
• Drive long-term growth and ensure educational quality and accountability.
