The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine (The Valley COM) seeks an innovative Dean and Chief Academic Officer to serve as the institution's chief academic executive. Reporting to the President and CEO, the Dean/CAO will lead all academic, accreditation, faculty, student affairs and clinical education functions from its Phoenix campus.

Formación
- DO degree from COCA-accredited college.
- Unrestricted medical license with no sanctions or suspensions.
- AOA and/or ABMS board certification.
- At least five years in academic leadership with budget management authority.
- Full-time commitment to The Valley COM.
- Strong executive leadership and management experience in a COM setting.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee all academic, accreditation, faculty, student affairs and clinical education functions.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for osteopathic medical education.
- Lead accrediting milestones, curriculum development and program implementation.
- Foster academic excellence, innovation, accountability and quality improvement.
