PwC is seeking a Deals Valuation - Tangible Assets Experienced Associate in New York, part of our Deals practice, delivering valuation analyses for M&A, divestitures, and restructurings. You will build tangible asset models and contribute to client engagements with data-driven insights.

You will use Alteryx for data processing, collaborate with teams on deal structures, and grow your expertise in corporate finance while supporting stakeholders and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

The Opportunity

As a Deals Valuation - Tangible Assets Experienced Associate, you will provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions, helping clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals. Within our Deals practice, you will focus on delivering strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will learn to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
