The Opportunity

As a Deals Valuation - Tangible Assets Experienced Associate, you will provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions, helping clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals. Within our Deals practice, you will focus on delivering strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will learn to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role, you will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

• Conducting asset valuation and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
• Utilizing Alteryx for automation and efficiency in data processing and analysis
• Engaging in market insight and trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with teams to develop financial models for deal structures
• Supporting the preparation and presentation of financial reports to stakeholders
• Participating in project budgeting and management to optimize resource allocation
• Analyzing balance sheets and financial statements to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Assisting in the valuation of intellectual property and inventory for financial reporting
• Developing skills in corporate finance and business valuations to drive value creation

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
