Job summary

You will assist in asset and business valuations, financial modeling, and market research, observing experienced professionals, and contributing to client engagements as you develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Internship targets may be winter, spring or summer prior to graduation.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting valuation teams in conducting asset and business valuations for mergers and acquisitions
• Participating in financial analysis and modeling to assess the value of financial instruments and businesses
• Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports and presentations for client engagements
• Engaging in research to gather relevant market data and industry trends for valuation purposes
• Collaborating with team members to analyze balance sheets and financial statements
• Utilizing Alteryx for data analysis and process automation in valuation projects
• Observing and learning from experienced professionals to develop skills in valuation methodologies
• Contributing to the development of strategic advice for clients in the context of business transactions
• Applying analytical skills to support due diligence and valuation processes
