Job description

A new regulatory change lands somewhere in the world every six minutes, and agentic AI is outpacing most teams' ability to govern it. At Archer, we help the enterprises powering the global economy turn that pressure into an advantage.

Mandates like the EU AI Act and the SEC cybersecurity disclosure rules are driving the most significant GRC buying cycle we have seen in years. That demand is why we are growing this team.

This is hard work that matters. Our customers span energy, utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the public institutions communities depend on. People choose Archer because they get to partner with the most trusted brands in the world, on work that protects the customers and communities those brands serve.

If that sounds like your kind of work, let's chat.

The Role

As Archer scales its go-to-market operations, we've retired Salesforce in favor of DealHub for CPQ and HubSpot for CRM. We're looking for a DealHub & HubSpot Administrator to own the day-to-day configuration, data integrity, and reporting across these platforms, so that Sales, Operations, and Data Analytics can rely on clean data and efficient workflows.

This role exists to keep our quoting and customer-data infrastructure running smoothly as we grow, and to help the business fully realize the efficiency gains from our new systems. You'll partner closely with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Data Analytics, report to the Business Applications Manager, and own configuration and data quality across DealHub and HubSpot.

What You'll Do

Platform Administration

  • Own day-to-day configuration changes across DealHub (CPQ) and HubSpot (CRM), including workflows, quote templates, pricing rules, and automations.
  • Manage user roles, access controls, and license administration across both platforms.
  • Design improvements to quoting logic and sales playbooks, translating pricing and process changes into DealHub configuration.

Data Quality & Integrity

  • Monitor and analyze data quality across DealHub, HubSpot, and connected systems, identifying and resolving inaccuracies at the source.
  • Own the ongoing cleanliness of CRM and quoting data, building checks that catch issues before they reach reporting.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Operations, and Data Analytics using HubSpot reporting and Excel.
  • Consolidate and reconcile data across DealHub, HubSpot, and other business systems to support accurate, unified reporting.

Process Improvement & Partnership

  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, and department leads to identify process improvements and translate them into system configuration changes.
  • Maintain clear documentation and progress updates for configuration changes and ongoing projects.
What You Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience administering business applications (CRM, CPQ, or ERP), such as HubSpot, DealHub, Salesforce, or NetSuite.
  • Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot (pipelines, workflows, automations) and/or DealHub (quote templates, pricing/approval rules).
  • Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience importing, exporting, and reconciling data across multiple systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple configuration requests at once.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and technical teams.
Even Better If You Have
  • Experience migrating from Salesforce to DealHub and/or HubSpot, or managing a similar CRM/CPQ platform transition.
  • Experience writing simple configuration or automation scripts (Python or similar).
  • HubSpot and/or DealHub certifications.
