Job summary

DealerFLEX is seeking a service-oriented Dealership Valet Manager to oversee operations at one of the top automotive dealerships in Buckhead, GA. You will lead the service drive team, onboard and train staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs and policies, driving safety and compliance, building strong relationships with dealership management, overseeing payroll and scheduling, and mentoring to develop future leaders,

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the automotive industry.
• Supervisory experience preferred in service or dealership settings.
• Strong communication skills with staff and clients.
• Problem-solving mindset for daily operational challenges.
• Detail-oriented to ensure policy and SOP adherence.
• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years driving and clean record.
