BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Dealership Software Implementation Support for a traveling role

Position Title: Dealership Software Implementation Support

Location: Remote (traveling)

Anticipated Start Date: 02/26/2026

Note: This engagement requires candidates to be on our W2 payroll (no C2C or 1099).

Expected Duration: 1+ year

Job Type: Contract – Remote

You’ll lead the rollout of dealership management software (DMS) at automotive dealerships. You’ll coordinate between dealership teams, software vendors, and internal stakeholders to make sure installations go live smoothly, on time, and with minimal disruption. This role is hands‑on, client‑facing, and travel‑heavy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end DMS implementations from planning to post‑go‑live support
• Experience with automotive dealerships or DMS platforms (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
• Background in software implementation, technical support, or dealership operations
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable troubleshooting software and technical issues
• Willingness to travel
