Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Payroll Clerk to support payroll and accounting tasks at our Milford, CT location. The role processes time sheets, maintains employee files, and ensures payroll accuracy and compliance using our online systems and Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Dealership experience is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Dealership experience is required; Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Proficient with business software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Processes payroll timesheets in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintains accurate employee personnel files and ensures information is entered properly.
• Processes authorized invoices to record costs and pay vendors promptly.
• Ensures employee sick/vacation time is tracked.
• Reviews timecards to verify compliance.
• Completes onboarding paperwork for new hires through online systems.
• Follows up with appropriate people and supports the employee lifecycle.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
