Job Title: Dealership Parts Advisor at Diehl Automotive Group

Salary Range: $40,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr (based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and greet customers professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person, or email.
• Assist customers with questions and provide assistance promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Coordinate with the Body Shop & Service Team for parts needs.
• Order parts from suppliers based on requests.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts properly.
• Verify quantities and conditions of received goods.
• Ensure accurate billing and specify parts correctly.
• Handle core returns, warranties, and parts returns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail/wholesale automotive parts industry preferred.
• Self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
