Pro-MotionPix is seeking a dependable Dealership Inventory Specialist to service automotive dealerships in Concord and Walnut Creek area. This full-time, field-based role requires visiting assigned dealerships, photographing vehicles, and updating online inventories.

You will drive between locations, capture photos and videos with a company iPhone, and ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout daily routes. No professional photography experience is required; paid training is provided.

• Comfortable staying active and on feet all day.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good communication with dealership staff and inventory updates.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned automotive dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle.
• Locate vehicles and keys throughout dealership lots.
• Prepare vehicles and move them into designated photo areas when needed.
• Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.
• Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicles, keys, and inventory updates.
• Identify and resolve common issues that may arise during your route.
• Complete assigned dealership routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day.
• Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally at every dealership.

Dealership Operations Technician

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or until route is completed

Route: Concord, Walnut Creek & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $25.00++ per hour

Hourly pay listed is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout. Potential flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable Dealership Inventory Specialist to service automotive dealerships throughout the Concord and Walnut Creek area.

This is a structured, field-based position for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, driving between locations, and following a consistent daily process.

You’ll visit assigned dealerships to help keep their online vehicle inventory accurate and up to date. You’ll locate vehicles and keys, move vehicles into position when needed, and capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.

No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you our process from the ground up.

This is not a creative photography position. It’s a process-driven role focused on accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and completing assigned routes.

Who We’re Looking For

Our strongest team members often come from hands‑on and fast‑paced work environments, including:

• Automotive: Porters, lot attendants, detailers, lube technicians, inventory specialists
• Warehouse: Material handling, inventory, distribution, loading/unloading
• Construction: General labor, skilled trades, jobsite work
• Landscaping: Outdoor labor and grounds maintenance
• Delivery: Drivers, route-based positions, logistics
• Other active roles: Maintenance, facilities, moving, or similar hands‑on work

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a dependable work history and strong work ethic
• Enjoys working independently with minimal supervision

• Communicates professionally with dealership staff
• Is organized, detail‑oriented, and efficient

• Takes pride in completing quality work

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable vehicle required
• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
• Automotive, warehouse, construction, delivery, landscaping, or similar experience preferred
• Comfortable walking dealership lots and performing physical tasks throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
• Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00++ per hour
• Pay includes base pay + per-vehicle photo payout
