Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis is seeking an Inventory Associate to maintain and organize the dealership's vehicle inventory. You will handle check-in, data entry, and photo/documentation tasks to ensure accurate online descriptions and organized showroom lots.

The role requires solid computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, with opportunities for growth within the

• Experience maintaining vehicle inventory and appearance.
• Proficient in data entry and photo uploads.
• Solid computer skills and basic vehicle operation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain new and used vehicle inventory and appearance.
• Check in new and used inventory.
• Enter data: photos, descriptions, vehicle details.
• Organize lot placement of vehicles.
• Keep lot clean and organized throughout the day.
• Operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

• Maintaining new & used vehicle inventory and appearance.
• Checking in new & used inventory
• Data entry– adding photos, Internet description, Vehicle Details
• Organizing Vehicles position in the Dealership.
• Keeps the lot clean and organized throughout the day.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
• Other duties may be applied as needed by the manager.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Solid Computer Skills Required
• Must be able to operate Manual and Automatic Transmission Vehicles
• Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
