The role focuses on organizing the lot by Make/Model/Year, checking in new arrivals, and coordinating with staff and vendors. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, with weekend work expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and clean record.
• Pre-employment background/drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• Manual transmission driving preferred.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Organize Luxury Brand lot daily by Make, Model and Year.
• Check in newly arrived vehicles and assess cosmetic and mechanical condition.
• Maintain good relationships and communication with staff and vendors.
• Assist other departments and perform lot audits, moves in/out.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and ability to work self-directed as part of a team.
• Adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.

Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg is looking for an Experience Automotive Inventory Coordinator

Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg is seeking a dependable and motivated Automotive Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory and supporting the sales department.

The Automotive Inventory Coordinator is primary responsibility is keeping the lot organized, presentable, and handling/checking in inventory daily. Interested candidates are asked to please submit an updated resume reflecting current work history and contact information to be considered for this position.Based on experience, the pay is between $17.00/hr.-$21.00/hr.

Requirements

• Valid and clean driver's license
• Pre-employment background/drug test
• A high school diploma or the equivalent is required
• Able to work hours as business needs dictate, which may include weekends
• Able to drive Manual (PREFERRED)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing Luxury Brand lot daily by Make, Model and Year
• Checking in newly arrived vehicles. (This involves closely assessing each vehicle for cosmetic and mechanical repair.)
• Maintaining a good working relationship and communication skills with staff and vendors.
• Other job duties as assigned by upper management including, but not limited to: lot audit, moving vehicles in/out of showrooms, taking vehicles off lot, assisting other departments.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient computer skills including standard business applications such as Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
• The ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner is important in this position
• Excellent work ethic; ability to work self-directed as a flexible team player.
• Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
