Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Rexburg, Idaho, is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to oversee the F&I process at a partner dealership. You will handle credit applications, pricing, and contract administration.

The ideal candidate has dealership F&I experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and can work with CDK, Route ONE, and E-Lead to deliver compliant, profitable financing solutions. The role requires a few years of experience in dealership finance management and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Several years of dealership finance manager experience.
• Ability to control all F&I processes (credit apps, contracts, payoff, title checks).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Complete applications, pull credit scores, and fill out sales contracts.
• Determine payoff amounts and perform title checks.
• Contracts-in-Transit, Funding, Digital Menu Selling management.
• Communicate effectively with both coworkers and customers.
• Keep organized records of the F&I process.

• Have at least a few years of Dealership Finance Manager Experience
• You will Control all aspects of the F&I Process
• Completing applications, pulling credit scores, filling out sales contracts, determining payoff amounts and performing title checks. Contracts-in-Transit, Funding, Digital Menu Selling
• You will Need to be highly skilled as a finance and insurance manager
• And You Must be Organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with both co-workers and customers
