Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is actively recruiting an experienced Finance Manager to lead dealership F&I activities in Michigan, USA.

The ideal candidate will oversee the complete F&I process, including applications, credit pulls, payoff calculations, and title checks, while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. You will work with tools like CDK, Route ONE, and E-Lead, and be responsible for funding, contracts, and digital menu selling.

Qualifications

• Have at least a few years of dealership finance manager experience.
• Control all aspects of the F&I process.
• Complete applications, pull credit scores, fill out sales contracts, determine payoff amounts and perform title checks.
• Must be highly skilled as a finance and insurance manager.
• Be organized and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete F&I process and paperwork accurately.
• Pull credit scores and verify buyer information.
• Prepare and review sales contracts and payoff amounts.
• Perform title checks and ensure proper funding.
• Navigate Contracts-in-Transit and funding activities; utilize digital menu selling.
