CarGuys Inc. in the United States is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.

You will oversee the F&I process for dealership clients nationwide, handling applications, credit checks, contracts, and payoff calculations while ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• At least a few years of dealership F&I/finance manager experience.
• Ability to control all aspects of the F&I process.
• Experience completing applications, pulling credit scores, and determining payoff amounts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Manage all F&I operations for the dealership.
• Prepare applications, run credit checks, and finalize sales contracts.
• Determine payoff amounts and perform title checks; handle Contracts-in-Transit and funding.
• Work with customers and coworkers to ensure smooth financing and insurance processes.
