Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Pratt, KS is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to lead the F&I process within a dealership environment. You will manage applications, pull credit, prepare sales contracts, and determine payoff amounts, ensuring accurate title work and compliance.

The ideal candidate has dealership finance experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• At least a few years of dealership finance manager experience.
• Ability to control all aspects of the F&I process.
• Experience completing applications, pulling credit scores, filling sales contracts, and determining payoff amounts.
• Familiarity with Contracts-in-Transit, funding, and digital menu selling.
• Must be organized and able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the F&I process from application to funding.
• Pull credit scores, complete contracts, and determine payoff amounts.
• Manage title checks and ensure compliance for all deals.
