CarGuys Inc. is recruiting for an Automotive Finance Manager for a dealership in your area. You will manage the entire F&I process, from applications and credit checks to contracts and payoff calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have dealership finance experience, are highly organized, and excels at communication with customers and coworkers. The role offers a path for growth, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Have at least a few years of dealership finance manager experience.
• Control all aspects of the F&I process.
• Complete applications, pull credit scores, fill out sales contracts, determine payoff amounts and perform title checks.
• Contracts-in-Transit, Funding, Digital Menu Selling.
• Be highly skilled as a finance and insurance manager.
• Be organized and able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of F&I operations for dealership clients.
• Process financing applications and verify credit information.
• Prepare contracts, determine payoff amounts and manage title work.
• Coordinate funding and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dealership staff.
