Facilities Technician

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Jerry Seiner Dealerships is looking for a Facilities Technician to help maintain our buildings, grounds, and equipment-ensuring a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for our team and customers.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across dealership buildings and grounds
• Troubleshoot and repair facility issues or coordinate with vendors when needed
• Monitor and manage vendor work to ensure high-quality results
• Assist with minor remodeling, construction, painting, and basic office furniture assembly
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and shop equipment
• Keep logs and schedules for ongoing tasks and maintenance programs
• Work closely with managers to ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
• Attend safety meetings and contribute to our commitment to a safe workplace

What We're Looking For:

• Skilled in general maintenance and basic building repairs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights or on ladders and lifts
• Clean driving record (required for travel between dealership locations)
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in a variety of conditions
