Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a dependable Janitor to maintain a clean and safe dealership environment for customers and teammates. You will perform daily cleaning across showrooms, service areas, and offices and assist with routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cleans areas throughout the dealership to maintain a safe, clean and pleasant environment for dealership employees and customers.
• Seasonal cleaning in and around the area as instructed
• Cleans work areas, empties trash, collects scrap and used materials
• Performs routine building maintenance including painting as needed
• Washes windows, glass doors and glass panels throughout customer areas
• Sweeps, vacuums, and mops floor on schedule
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary.
• Maintains yard equipment and cleaning supplies
• Other duties as assigned
