Job summary

State of Missouri, Department of Revenue, Compliance and Investigation Bureau, is seeking a Research/Data Analyst to support the Dealer Service Group in processing dealership licensing. This role focuses on data analysis, research studies, and identifying dealerships not in compliance with Missouri laws.

You will develop studies, present findings to stakeholders, review constituent complaints, and assist leadership with improvement recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct research studies pertaining to dealerships and present the findings to all available stakeholders
• Identify dealerships that are not in compliance with Missouri laws and regulations
• Conduct and develop research studies based on the evaluations of dealerships and will provide improvement ideas or recommendations to leadership
• Review constituent complaints about a dealership and make necessary decisions of the action that will occur on the dealership dependent of the investigation
