Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Ford Certified Collision Body Technician to join our growing team. The right candidate will have dealership experience and a strong background in collision centers, repairing damaged parts and coordinating with the parts department to obtain necessary components.

You will document all repairs and materials, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety procedures while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ICAR Certification preferred, not mandatory.
• Completion of vocational program preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Determine and repair damaged parts.
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to body shop manager.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts.
• Document all repairs performed.
• Document all materials used.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste.
